Constitutional Issues within Educational Spaces
William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal is hosting its annual symposium on March 3, 2023! This year’s symposium will focus on Constitutional Issues Within Educational Spaces, with nine speakers presenting on various topics, including the right to education, race-conscious admissions, trans and gender non-conforming students in the K-12 setting, and more!
The symposium will be from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, with several different panels throughout the day. Each panel will include a designated question and answer portion for attendees to engage directly with the presenters.
